Information
English bone china bauble for hanging on your tree at Christmas or anytime, anywhere. The windmill device of Androw Myllar is printed twice on the bauble.
The Chepman and Myllar prints are 9 of the earliest books to be printed in Scotland on the first printing press in around 1508. They were produced by Walter Chepman and Androw Myllar in Edinburgh and are among the most precious items held by the National Library of Scotland.
The windmill is Myllar's device or trademark which is apparently a pun on his surname.
