Royal Mile, Edinburgh, from the Castle to the Palace of Holyroodhouse 

The map shows places of historic interest along the Royal Mile and was published in Edinburgh by the Scottish Motor Traction Co Ltd circa 1920.

Scottish Motor Traction (SMT) was founded in Edinburgh in 1905 and operated buses in much of central Scotland.

The map is held in the National Library of Scotland.
